1 day to B-day
Today is the day before my birthday which in many respects I would rather skip my birthday this year. It’s not like I’m still not going to age but I don’t have a lot to celebrate this year. I don’t want any obligatory greetings or good wishes. I want them to be sincere and from the heart and in the past I believed that they were.
But in the past couple of months I question the actions of people and wonder if it is really well intended or is it done out of obligation. I don’t want or need anyones pity or sympathy.
