Busy month
This is always a busy time of year and this month is always a bit worse than usual.
We have done a lot of our Christmas shopping online which keeps us out of the stores with the hundreds of other people. However I still like to pop into the mall a couple of days just to get the feeling of the hustle and bustle.
I have been put on a budget this year which doesn’t set with me at all. I don’t like budgets…especially for my kids. When I see something that they would like or that I want to get them I don’t like having to worry about how much it costs or if it will fit into the “budget”.
This month has flown by so fast I had to stop and think that Christmas is in less than 1 week. OMG. I don’t have much time to get things finished up. The last minute stocking stuffers and all the wrapping.
There is a lot on my mind and that is probably why I woke up at 4:30 am and couldn’t go back to sleep. I was thinking about all the things I need to get done in such a short period of time.
I need to take time to enjoy the blessings in my life. My family, my home, my health, my friends and love. I know that I am truly blessed and I’m thankful every day.
